It is hot as blazes, but I am pretty happy that the Wicked Witch has finally left Oz! It is unbelievable that she is gone; though, she did make a point to leave with a slap across the face of our nutty little burg. One thing I really believe is that when you are in the wrong place, you should back away quickly and run in the other direction, but you don't need to throw a grenade at the place where you once were. I hope for her sake that she finds fun in her mukluks, but I think she needs to look deeply at herself and figure out what is wrong in her own world before she complains about the rest of the world.

But maybe the sweatiness of the day is making me cranky.

A letter

I got an email from the law school.  They have my application.

My boss approached me today to ask me when I will hear about getting in.  She also asked me about my LSAT scores.

I have refriended, or been refriended by Luka, my on-again, off-again friend.  Mostly off-again, because she doesn't like me unless I am being subservient.  I am not very good at that.

But Luka has gotten over whatever it was that was upsetting her, whatever in her crazy imagination I did.  So I am okay again.  Lucky lucky me!
